Amit Raina (Om Ji)
Born in Srinagar, Kashmir, India in a Brahmin family . His grand father was disciple of Swami Ram Ji who is from the lineage of Abninavagupta . His mother Krishna is a master in Sanskrit and father Dwarka Nath is a great follower of lord Shiva. Being born in the Kashmir Shaivism Tradition and having interest in spirituality from young age, he grew around great shaivite masters. Knowing that there is more to life than what you see with your eyes and what you perceive with your mind,he started practicing meditation and yoga from young age. In the city of Pune while working as an Engineer in a deep meditation he had a strong vision after which he left the comforts of his life and traveled all over the Himalayas and stayed in various ashrams.
He studied in Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, in the sacred city of Haridwar at the faculty of Oriental Studies the philosophy of hatha yoga ,asana, pranayama and satkarmas and receive the certificate in yoga, then he went to Bihar School of Yoga in Munger and receive the certificate in Yogic Studies, were he studied satyananda yoga, karma yoga, Bakthi yoga and Jnana yoga.
He is a student of BKS Iyengar yoga institute in Pune for more than ten years where he learnt body alignment, the proper use of props, correct postures and pranayams. He is certified Iyengar Yoga teacher by Guru Ji BKS Iyengar. He also studied Tantra and various scriptures at the feet of various masters to whom he bows his head with deep respect and practicing the meditations as prescribed by the scriptures of Agamas and Hatha yoga.
He has developed a new form of yoga incorporating the wisdom of agamas with the practices of yoga and has been teaching yoga through out the world, at the same time knowing the importance of his heritage he is spreading the real meaning of Tantra.

Born in Colombia, South America, Lina is a graduate in Anthropology from the University of the Andes, Bogota. Experienced Yoga Teacher of Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga . Lina is a Qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher by Guru Ji B.K.S Iyengar in Pune- India, currently holding an Introductory Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher Certification .
Lina is also a certified Yoga Instructor by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, a Yoga University which specializes in yoga therapy in Bangalore India having a background on Integrative Yoga, alignment and Therapy. She studied Yoga Philosophy Jnana Yoga for 2 years. As an Anthropologist she has dedicated to live and share different traditions having studied the dynamic and traditional practices of the cultures in India and South America, for a combined living research. As part of her graduate work at Department of Human Sciences she worked in different Indigenous communities writing articles of Shamanism Medicine, plants and body movement and worked as a cultural researcher on projects for education. In India she has been studying with the kashmiri pandit community the Kashmir Shaivism Tradition.
She is bringing yoga as a tool for social change in different schools being a certified yoga teacher for kids, families and prenatal Yoga. She is a yoga practitioner for more than 13 years. Her search took her to India where she is living and teaching. She continues to study in Pune (Ramamani Iyengar at the Memorial Yoga Institute) with Guru Ji. Lina also practices Vipassana and studies Vajrayan Buddhism and sufi meditations.

Kashmir Shaivism School Of Yoga is a 200 & 500 Hours Registered Yoga School, RPYS Registered Prenatal Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and a Registered Yoga School in India (Jammu & Kashmir).
This teachers training course is unlike other yoga teacher training programs offered in the area as the trainers Amit Raina (Om Ji) and Lina Ma are graduates, certified and qualified experienced professionals in the field of yogic sciences, Oriental studies (anthropology of yoga) and Sanskrit .
The Asanas are taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teachers who specialise in detailed alignment in each and every pose and in yoga therapy. They introduce Vinyasas once the students have the correct foundation in the Asanas .
The Shatkarmas (cleansing practices) are taught under the careful guidance of teachers who have the experience and knowledge to guide students properly during practice.

This course will provide a strong foundation and clear techniques for the student of yoga to transform into a teacher of yoga, as well those who are currently teaching yoga will root themselves deeply in the philosophy and techniques of Kashmir Shaivism.
For existing Yoga Teachers, the training aids to improve their teaching methods and to gain an introduction into the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism that will enable a rich teaching experience to teach the meditations from this tradition of Yoga.
